Blossom and Bee Bakery is a dream turned into reality. After working in Corporate America, Mariana Troy decided to take a leap of faith to follow her passion of baking. Never did she imagine that in her inaugural year she would face the uncertainty and hardship of the 2020 pandemic.

With a lot of hard work and creativity she found a way to bring some joy into peoples lives with her treats. Serving the Greater Charlotte area, Mariana specializes in gourmet bakes. The kitchen is always filled with the delicious smells of freshly baked pies, pastries, cakes, cookies, and so much more.

Sister, Sister

Blossom and Bee Bakery is a family affair. While Mariana is hard at work baking, her sister, Sofia, runs the marketing and social media.

Uptown Farmers Market

We are so excited to be apart of the Uptown Farmers Market Family this year. We will be selling our delicious bakes on Saturday's from 8-12:30pm. Come and see us!

Bee Happy

We are very excited to announce our latest venture, Bee Keeping! Follow along with us on our Instagram as we learn all the ins and outs of keeping bees extra happy. Hopefully in the future we will be able to offer our very own honey products.

Family Inspired

Baking is a family tradition. Some of our best recipes have been passed down through the wonderful matriarchs of our families. Nana's Ricotta Cookies, Mom's Birthday Cheesecake, and Aunt Della's Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies are just some of our favorites.
